Most businesses are not able to accuratley predict their future payroll or uninsured subcontrator cost so almost all workers compensation policies are initially based on estimates. An audit will be conducted to determined the actual results and at that point additional premium pay be due to the insurance company or you may be entitled to a partial refund if you have overpaid.
